Devil may cry
Based on the
Video game of the same name.
An anime series entitled Devil May Cry featuring Dante debuted on the WOWOW TV network in Japan on June 12, 2007.
The series is scheduled for 12 episodes. The show is being produced by the anime studio Madhouse and is being directed by Shin Itagaki. Bingo Morihashi, one of the writers for the third and fourth games, is on the writing staff. The first full trailer features Dante in his garb from the first game, and a character list including two of his partners from the games (Lady and Trish) and two new characters.
